What happens at intake

We write down the phone, the fault, the case and what came with the device. The receipt has a number and a cabinet code. A passcode is not printed.

At intake we write down your phone number, the fault, the state of the case and what arrived with the device. We take two to four photos. Without that the job is not saved, so there is no later argument about whether a scratch was already there. You get a receipt with a number and a cabinet code. The code shows the stage from home. A passcode, if you left one, is visible only to the staff and is not printed. It is cleared when the device is handed back. A finished device stays free for 30 days. Storage after that is agreed separately. We do not throw anything away on our own.
